About the Company

Fotografiska Stockholm is a contemporary museum for photography, art, and culture. It serves as a living cultural meeting place in the heart of Stockholm, where art, creativity, sustainability, hospitality, and community intersect.

Responsibilities

• Meet, welcome, and guide guests through the museum
• Share knowledge about exhibitions, menus, products, and events
• Handle tickets, cash register, and memberships
• Perform service-based upselling
• Maintain inspiring and well-stocked sales areas
• Ensure public areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming
• Collaborate across operational service departments including Front of House, Restaurant/Bistro, and Events

Requirements

• Strong service mindset and communicative personality
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
• Flexibility to move between different tasks and teams
• Genuine interest in culture, food, and hospitality
• Experience in retail, events, or restaurants is a plus but not required
