About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end service operations including installation, breakdown service, and preventive maintenance
  • Manage service revenue targets, spare sales, and AMC/PMS conversions
  • Oversee service coordinators, technicians, and field executives through KPI monitoring and daily reviews
  • Track performance metrics such as technician utilization, revenue per technician, and ticket completion ratios
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by managing escalations and monitoring service quality standards
  • Manage spares and inventory including forecasting, stock planning, and dead stock reduction
  • Implement SOPs, service workflows, and escalation matrices to improve turnaround time
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly service and revenue reports to management

Requirements

  • Experience in service operations management
  • Proven track record in revenue and spare parts management
  • Ability to lead and manage technical field teams
  • Strong analytical skills for KPI and performance tracking
  • Experience in inventory and spares forecasting
