Responsibilities
- Lead cooling tower technicians to ensure tasks are executed safely and efficiently
- Oversee training, productivity, and performance of field crews
- Lead daily and weekly safety meetings and complete incident reports
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in field cooling tower service
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Valid Driver's License and U.S. Citizenship
