Service Financial Advisor

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service
• Lead client meetings and reviews, including financial plan updates and investment consultations
• Develop, analyze, and implement customized financial plans aligned with client goals and objectives
• Partner with lead advisors to prepare and refine comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely implementation of financial strategies
• Work cross-functionally with advisors, compliance, and operations teams

Requirements

• Strong understanding of investment products and financial planning principles
• Proven ability to independently manage client relationships
• Experience working within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–7+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management or investment advisory

Preferred Qualifications

• CFP® designation (obtained or in progress)
• Experience with financial planning and portfolio platforms such as MoneyGuidePro, Black Diamond, Morningstar, or Bloomberg
