Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Adhere to EH&S guidelines to ensure equipment and end-user safety
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and code maintenance for assigned elevator and escalator units
• Conduct periodic scheduled maintenance to ensure zero callbacks and continuous equipment operation
• Respond promptly to breakdowns with a focus on achieving first-time fixes
• Generate T leads and close T orders in a timely manner
• Build strong customer relationships through transparent and timely communication during site visits

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of experience in elevator maintenance
• Hands-on exposure to technical troubleshooting, repairs, and safety protocols
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
