About the role
Responsibilities
- Install, set up, and perform initial testing of medical equipment at customer sites
- Conduct routine maintenance and regular inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, including repairing or replacing defective components
- Provide both on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Educate end-users on proper equipment operation, maintenance, and care
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs in compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with sales, service teams, and distributors to resolve customer issues
- Support product demonstrations and training sessions as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in servicing medical equipment or a related technical role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and readiness to travel within the assigned region
