Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and synchronize daily activities for field technicians and site operators
• Coordinate team schedules to ensure 24/7 operational coverage and SLA compliance
• Monitor charger health and performance via digital dashboards and analytics
• Act as the first point of escalation for technical and operational issues
• Provide remote and on-site technical troubleshooting guidance
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety protocols and Indian electrical standards (CEA guidelines)
• Assist technicians during preventative maintenance and complex repair tasks

Requirements

• ITI, Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• 4–8 years of hands-on field service experience
• Experience in EV infrastructure, Grid power systems, or heavy industrial electrical systems
• Strong understanding of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) systems
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams (SLDs)
• Proficiency in English
• Fluency in Telugu or Hindi

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of power electronics, DC-DC converters, and battery systems
• Basic understanding of networking and IoT connectivity (SIM, Wi-Fi, cellular)
• Experience managing or mentoring technical teams
