Service Excellence Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Analyze and transform data to solve complex business needs and drive decision-making.
• Create regression models, forecasts, and interpretive analyses to support data-driven strategies.
• Design and implement technological solutions, including process automation and digital tool development.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual communications to facilitate information comprehension.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
• Translate technical data findings into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between different organizational areas to support growth and operational optimization.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Systems, IT Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in similar analytical or continuous improvement roles.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Python (Sklearn, Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills (Stored procedures, Queries, CTE, Views, Database administration).
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of data storage systems such as Snowflake or SQL Server.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, data mining, and logic.
