Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of ZEISS IQS products both on-site and remotely
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Provide timely responses to all requests from internal and external customers
• Complete necessary administrative paperwork, including service and calibration reports, in an accurate manner
• Work in compliance with company regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• College degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering (or a relevant industry technology)
• 3+ years of relevant field service experience
• Proven experience troubleshooting industrial electronics, machines, or X-ray systems
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel domestically to support national service projects
• Strong computer literacy regarding hardware, software, and operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) or X-ray system installation and troubleshooting
• Experience utilizing remote service tools and practical implementation
