Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations at customer sites
• Lead the installation, commissioning, and performance validation of Capital Equipment
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve mechanical and electro-mechanical issues
• Train customer operators to support production efficiency and equipment usage
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities to ensure compliance with service scopes
• Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development opportunities
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, food quality, and reporting standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in installations, maintenance, or service work on industrial equipment
• Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment maintenance
• Strong automation knowledge (Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc, Rockwell RSLogix 5000, DeviceNet, or similar)
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time to customer sites
• Valid driver's license for extensive travel by car and air
• Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
