Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Tetra Pak processing equipment at customer sites
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives at customer plants
• Prepare timely quality reports, including technical assistance and maintenance reports
• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with customers through proactive support and follow-up
• Resolve technical issues by communicating effectively with customers and internal teams
• Travel extensively (over 80%) within the Benelux and France regions

Requirements

• Technical education in Electromechanics
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial installations, maintenance, or service work
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Willingness to travel more than 80% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the food processing industry (dairy, beverage, cheese, or prepared foods)
• Knowledge of PLC and HMI systems
• Familiarity with Tetra Pak filling machines and distribution equipment
