Service Engineer - Technical Maintenance Services

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve equipment failures and optimize performance
• Deliver high-quality on-site technical services, including installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure accurate documentation through detailed service reports, maintenance records, and issue tracking logs
• Support customer operations by providing technical guidance, training, and proactive recommendations
• Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely issue resolution
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, process improvements, and new service offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in field service engineering, technical support, or similar customer-facing roles
• Strong hands-on experience with electromechanical systems, including commissioning and maintenance
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Experience in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and use of test equipment
• Strong customer management and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
