Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical services including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrification, automation, and digitalization systems
• Execute advanced troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to ensure high system reliability and uptime
• Maintain high service levels across diverse industrial environments such as chemical, oil & gas, and power generation plants
• Manage customer relationships to ensure strong communication, trust, and satisfaction during service engagements
• Handle complex field service assignments independently and mentor less experienced team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of professional experience in field service, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial electrical and automation systems
• Proven capability to independently solve complex technical issues and manage customer-facing projects
• Valid electrical safety certification (e.g., Stipel IV/WV)
• Experience operating within highly regulated or safety-critical environments, including offshore standards (e.g., Nogepa)
