About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Interact directly with customers to analyze problems and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Deep dive into technical issues to identify bugs, troubleshoot, and validate fixes using QA methodologies.
- Work closely with development teams to understand and support APIs, web development concepts, and database structures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting product enhancements.
- Take ownership of customer issues to ensure resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a QA and technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Solid understanding of APIs, web development, and database concepts.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- Experience working in a support background focused on technical issue resolution.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience specifically in a service engineering role.
- Familiarity with tools or technologies used in enterprise communication product suites.
- Basic knowledge of scripting or automation within testing environments.
