Service Engineer-PSMS

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site commissioning, maintenance, and inspections of monitoring products for regional customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with regional customers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Provide technical solution support to assist service sales teams.
• Conduct on-site training for customers regarding monitoring products and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Automation, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in C, C++, or HTML5.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle, including the ability to write common SQL statements.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and computer networking.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent task management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and adapt to various work locations as assigned.
