Service Engineer (Power)

Responsibilities

• Provide warranty services, installation, maintenance, and repair for company power-related products.
• Conduct product training and technical support for customers.
• Produce technical documentation and service reports.
• Assist in pre-sales solution planning and manage post-sales customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide technical support for electrical equipment to internal teams.
• Manage work schedules independently and travel as required by project needs.
• Perform safety and health inspections during service operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance or power engineering.
• Proficiency in power supply installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate and maintain electrical equipment.
• Basic English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage work progress independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
