About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform routine service checks on a portfolio of lifts and escalator units
- Record findings and escalate issues to the field manager
- Act as the face of the business by providing technical updates to clients
- React to sudden breakdowns and provide technical solutions for passengers and clients
- Execute minor repairs to ensure passenger safety and unit reliability
Requirements
- NVQ level 3 in lift service, maintenance, or repair
- Minimum of 24 months of experience in the elevator sector
- Strong skills in electricity and electrical engineering
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to commute to Northwest London within 1 hour
- Proficiency in using electronic and digital tools
- Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset
