Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service checks on a portfolio of lifts and escalator units
• Record findings and escalate technical issues to the field manager
• Act as the face of the business by providing service updates to clients
• React to sudden breakdowns and provide technical solutions for passengers and clients
• Execute minor repairs to ensure passenger safety and unit reliability

Requirements

• NVQ level 3 in lift service, maintenance, or repair
• Minimum of 24 months of experience in the elevator sector
• Valid driver's license
• Strong skills in electricity and electrical engineering
• Proficiency with electronic and digital tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
