Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service checks on a portfolio of lifts and escalator units
• Record findings and escalate issues to the field manager
• Act as the face of the business by providing technical updates to clients
• React to sudden breakdowns and provide technical solutions for passengers and clients
• Perform minor repairs to ensure operational efficiency and passenger safety

Requirements

• NVQ level 3 in lift service, maintenance, or repair
• Minimum of 24 months of experience in the elevator sector
• Strong skills in electricity and electrical engineering
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with electronic and digital tools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
