Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide customer technical support and service solutions
• Conduct routine customer meetings and service-related training
• Perform commissioning of inverters and BESS on site
• Ensure safe, reliable, and proper installation of Huawei equipment
• Collect and analyze customer service requirements
• Handle customer technical tickets and provide onsite support

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical, Sustainable Energy, or Electronic Engineering
• 3+ years of customer support experience in solar or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Advanced proficiency in English and Chinese
• Valid EU driver's license
• Strong customer communication skills
• Ability to work in multicultural environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Danish language
• Experience in the power system or renewable energy industry
• Motivation to learn about renewable energy technologies
