Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning, and repair services for medical equipment at customer healthcare sites.
• Perform calibration and testing of equipment according to established protocols and service manuals.
• Implement Field Corrective Actions and handle customer complaints regarding equipment performance.
• Manage administrative tasks associated with service delivery and ensure all service activities follow company procedures.
• Act as a primary technical contact to ensure customer satisfaction and provide guidance to end-users on proper equipment operation.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years of field service experience with industrial equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret technical service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
