Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute service, maintenance, and repair works on mechanical equipment including separators, homogenizers, valves, and pumps at customer sites.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of high-value industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support investigation reports using process and operational knowledge.
• Inspect and evaluate mechanical, electrical, process, and quality aspects of systems.
• Prepare accurate service reports and documentation in line with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with service engineers and technicians to ensure timely completion of work and compliance with safety standards.
• Act as a professional interface with customers to maintain a strong customer-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of field service and mechanical maintenance experience in the dairy, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or marine industries.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Turkey.
• Completed military service (for male candidates).

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong process knowledge of separation technology.
• Proven experience working specifically with high-value homogenizers and separators.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
