Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and commissioning of homogenizers at customer locations
• Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic servicing to ensure optimal performance
• Provide technical support and operator training to customers
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate service documentation
• Coordinate with sales, production, and technical support departments
• Support Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities and handle emergency breakdown calls
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and SOPs during all service activities

Requirements

• Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI systems
• Strong problem-solving attitude and customer handling capabilities
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or industrial equipment
