Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission OEM print machines and MFDs at customer sites
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on print equipment
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and print quality issues
• Respond to on-site and remote service calls within SLA-defined response times
• Provide technical advice, product demonstrations, and user orientation to clients
• Maintain accurate job sheets, service reports, and parts usage records in the CRM
• Adhere to all HSE standards and client site safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 3–6 years of field service experience with office or commercial print machines
• Hands-on experience with major OEM brands (Fujifilm, Kyocera, HP, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, or Canon)
• Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and network printing issues
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Proficiency in service management or CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

• OEM certifications from Fujifilm, Kyocera, HP, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, or Canon
• Direct experience servicing Fujifilm and/or Kyocera in the UAE/GCC environment
• Knowledge of network printing, scan workflows, and print driver configuration
• Arabic language skills
