Service Engineer Elevators

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and periodic inspections of marine elevator systems
• Execute planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot and identify complex elevator malfunctions
• Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs, replacements, and adjustments
• Carry out technical site surveys, modernizations, and retrofits
• Maintain detailed records of service work, parts used, and customer interactions
• Provide leadership and training to junior technicians
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and industry standards

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of elevator industry experience (installation, repair, and service)
• Extensive experience with traction elevators
• Knowledge of multi-brand inverter drives and controllers
• Valid UAE driving license (LMV)
• Medically fit for offshore assignments and working at heights
• Willingness to travel both regionally and internationally
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with escalators, hydraulic elevators, or rack-and-pinion elevators
• Prior experience with Hyundai, Kone, or Ushio systems
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace
