Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and test semiconductor final test machines and supporting equipment
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on components like work piece carriers, boards, and modules
• Identify root causes of malfunctions and execute repairs including disassembly and reassembly
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
• Maintain accurate records of all repair and maintenance activities
• Support and train technicians in executing repair activities
• Manage spare parts and consumables to ensure stock availability
• Coordinate with suppliers for automatic shelf system maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of professional engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs
• Ability to perform analysis and repairs on PCBs and complex equipment
• Proficiency in technical discussions with equipment suppliers and engineering teams
• Ability to instruct operators and work effectively within a team
