About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute automation service activities, including commissioning and troubleshooting, at customer sites across Türkiye
  • Perform software modifications and upgrades on new and existing equipment
  • Install upgrade and rebuilding kits and ensure safe reintegration into production
  • Conduct system inspections (operational, mechanical, electrical, and process) and maintain proper documentation
  • Collaborate with service engineers and technicians to ensure timely execution and quality standards
  • Identify upgrade opportunities to help customers improve equipment performance and efficiency

Requirements

  • Degree or technical certification in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in automation service, commissioning, or troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens preferred) and HMI/OP panels
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including electrical panels, MCCs, and process instrumentation
  • Experience with industrial networks and protocols such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or Profibus
  • Familiarity with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) like Danfoss, Schneider, or ABB
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, and process descriptions
  • Fluency in both Turkish and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Türkiye and work flexible hours, including weekends or overnight if required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the food, dairy, chemical, environmental, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Basic knowledge of separation technologies such as decanters or separators
