Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide installation and commissioning services for compressor equipment upon delivery
• Perform on-site equipment maintenance training for customers
• Execute day-to-day service operations, maintenance, and repair activities for compressor equipment
• Identify difficult technical problems and provide total solutions to customers
• Provide technical advice to minimize equipment downtime and improve efficiency
• Instruct and guide new engineers on correct working methods and technical specifications
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure efficient after-sales service and product quality feedback
• Contribute to sustainable operations regarding parts, service, quality, safety, and environment

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in compressor equipment service or related equipment
• College degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or an equivalent field
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
• Basic English proficiency in speaking and reading
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a customer-oriented mindset
