Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operation and evolution of service offerings (Datalab, data descent, repositories, data sharing)
• Support the adaptation of existing offers and progressive migration to Unity Catalog
• Participate in scoping workshops, business pilots, and Unity Catalog demonstrators
• Contribute to process automation via PETS, Tango, API, and Terraform
• Develop scripts, automated workflows, and quality controls
• Ensure deliverable quality and implementation compliance
• Implement checklists, procedures, and reusable models
• Participate in technical studies, impact analyses, and platform evolutions
• Propose improvements for simplification, automation, and innovation

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in Data Engineering within an Azure cloud environment
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Terraform, and data governance principles
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Unity Catalog, Data Products, and Data Observability
