Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Pilot service offerings including Datalab, data descent, repositories, platform access, and Data & AI services
• Ensure request tracking, SLA compliance, proactive communication, and priority management
• Continuously improve user experience regarding request simplicity and progress visibility
• Implement satisfaction indicators, user surveys, and improvement plans
• Contribute to the implementation of PETS, Myriade / Colibra, and workflow automation
• Contribute to reducing Time To Market and simplifying processes
• Produce management KPIs such as TTM, backlog, SLA compliance, user satisfaction, and automation rates
• Lead performance reviews
• Identify and manage user pain points, productivity gains, and automation opportunities

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience
• Senior experience in Service Management or Product Management within a Data/IT context
• Proven experience in service offering management, SLA management, and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of Data Platform environments (Azure, Databricks) is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of Azure, Databricks, Data Platform, and Data Governance
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Strong transversal leadership and communication skills
