Service Employee

Responsibilities

• Create great experiences for guests within the F&B team
• Handle bookings, payments, and billing using the POS system
• Perform daily mise-en-place tasks
• Work in F&B outlets including the restaurant "Die Stube", breakfast restaurant, and event areas
• Provide professional guest and customer contact to represent the hotel
• Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a unique hotel experience
• Work towards achieving guest satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Completed training in hotel management or restaurant management
• Open to career changers willing to learn and grow
• Creative, open, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and expression skills
• Hands-on mentality and flexibility to support the entire team
• Enjoy engaging with people and enthusiastic about the brand
• Good German language skills (minimum B2/C1 level)
