Service Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule decentralized customer service technicians for efficient service deployment
• Arrange appointments and maintain transparent communication between customers and technicians
• Plan service routes considering qualifications, availability, location, and urgency
• Organize spare parts, materials, and equipment for service calls
• Optimize route and tour planning to reduce travel times and improve efficiency
• Create and manage service orders in SAP, ensuring complete technical and commercial data
• Oversee service orders from initial customer inquiry through commercial completion
• Support general office management and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Professional experience in service or technical fields preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Customer-oriented, systematic working style with strong organizational ability
• Product knowledge and construction industry experience preferred
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications
