Service Development Director - Anti Fraud

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of services across the assigned portfolio
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
• Define and execute product and service strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and annual budget achievement
• Develop business cases, service proposals, and strategic tender submissions
• Collaborate with Sales and Market Development teams on go-to-market strategies
• Ensure consistent implementation and harmonization of services globally
• Lead and support Service Development Managers and Directors
• Build strong relationships with Sales, Operations, IT, and external technology partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Public Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Significant experience in service development, product management, or commercial leadership
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing profitable portfolios
• Experience developing business cases and investment justifications
• Experience leading cross-functional and international teams in a matrix organization
• Knowledge of technology-enabled services and digital solutions
• Fluency in English and French
