About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of services across the assigned portfolio
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
- Define and execute product and service strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and annual budget achievement
- Develop business cases, service proposals, and strategic tender submissions
- Collaborate with Sales and Market Development teams on go-to-market strategies
- Ensure consistent implementation and harmonization of services globally
- Lead and support Service Development Managers and Directors
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Operations, IT, and external technology partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Public Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Significant experience in service development, product management, or commercial leadership
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing profitable portfolios
- Experience developing business cases and investment justifications
- Experience leading cross-functional and international teams in a matrix organization
- Knowledge of technology-enabled services and digital solutions
- Fluency in English and French
