About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, investigate, and resolve user problems with computer software and hardware
- Field support calls, chat, and email inquiries regarding software, connectivity, and printing
- Prioritize tasks and meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment
- Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes
- Assist in setting up and shipping computer hardware to new users
- Arrange service with vendors to repair or replace defective products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer technical support preferred
- Proficiency in M365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams troubleshooting and collaboration features
- Familiarity with Intune for mobile device management (MDM)
- Competence in diagnosing and resolving Windows-related problems
- Proficiency with service desk tools like Service Desk Plus, Jira Service Desk, or Zendesk
- Ability to lift at least 15 pounds
