About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve user problems with computer software and hardware
  • Field support calls, chat, and email inquiries regarding software, connectivity, and printing
  • Prioritize tasks and meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment
  • Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes
  • Assist in setting up and shipping computer hardware to new users
  • Arrange service with vendors to repair or replace defective products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer technical support preferred
  • Proficiency in M365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams troubleshooting and collaboration features
  • Familiarity with Intune for mobile device management (MDM)
  • Competence in diagnosing and resolving Windows-related problems
  • Proficiency with service desk tools like Service Desk Plus, Jira Service Desk, or Zendesk
  • Ability to lift at least 15 pounds
