About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 support for workstations, laptops, and troubleshooting
  • Serve as an escalation path for local IT Support Technicians
  • Manage PC imaging, inventory, and lifecycle support for equipment
  • Install and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and audio/visual systems

Requirements

  • Desktop support experience with Windows 10 and Macintosh
  • Troubleshooting experience with hardware and software problems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, and Salesforce
  • Experience with automated Desktop Imaging tools
  • Exposure to IT Asset Management controls
