About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for workstations, laptops, and troubleshooting
- Serve as an escalation path for local IT Support Technicians
- Manage PC imaging, inventory, and lifecycle support for equipment
- Install and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and audio/visual systems
Requirements
- Desktop support experience with Windows 10 and Macintosh
- Troubleshooting experience with hardware and software problems
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, and Salesforce
- Experience with automated Desktop Imaging tools
- Exposure to IT Asset Management controls
