About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user calls
  • Diagnose hardware or software failures remotely
  • Guide users through resolution steps or take remote control of systems
  • Escalate incidents to the appropriate support group when unable to resolve
  • Ensure follow-up on cases until resolution

Requirements

  • Mandatory fluency in Dutch
  • Strong collaboration, rigor, and listening skills
  • Strong sense of service
  • Technical and interpersonal skills
