About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to user calls
- Diagnose hardware or software failures remotely
- Guide users through resolution steps or take remote control of systems
- Escalate incidents to the appropriate support group when unable to resolve
- Ensure follow-up on cases until resolution
Requirements
- Mandatory fluency in Dutch
- Strong collaboration, rigor, and listening skills
- Strong sense of service
- Technical and interpersonal skills
