As part of the Everience group, HELPLINE provides user support, application support, proximity support, IT asset management, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to over 200 clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Handle user requests via phone, email, chat, and portal, including on-site visits if necessary
- Resolve incidents and process requests within defined procedures and rights
- Prepare and deploy workstations
- Support and train users
- Manage incident follow-up and resolution
- Contribute to the knowledge base to share expertise with the team
- Manage technical environments including Windows 10, Office 365, CRM, and mobile fleets via MDM
Requirements
- IT-related educational background
- 2-5 years of successful experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Windows, Office 365, Exchange, and Teams
- Knowledge of local networks and telecommunications (LAN/WAN)
- Strong communication, organizational, and stress management skills
