Responsibilities
- Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction
- Monitor and respond promptly to requests received through the IT Service Desk portal
- Troubleshoot help desk tickets
- Set up and configure workstations
- Assist in department projects
Requirements
- Familiarity with taking work from a support queue and prioritizing tasks
- Experience providing customer service with a strong focus on effective communication
- Ability to document work effectively
- Proven ability to work cohesively in a team setting
- Ability to learn quickly and possess a strong drive for continuous learning
