About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve IT tickets submitted by global users and provide Tier 1 support
  • Monitor and process user requests via the IT ticketing system
  • Answer inbound phone calls and document changes in the ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, and software according to security requirements
  • Maintain and develop work instructions for workstation support and installation
  • Track software licenses and manage company system asset inventory
  • Provide end-user training for applications, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-year Degree or Diploma
  • At least 2 years of experience in the IT field
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficiency with Windows 7, Windows 10, and MS Office
  • Knowledge of centralized antivirus systems and Windows Systems Update Services
  • Experience with PC hardware and imaging software
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-priority requests
  • Physical ability to lift 40 lbs for moving PCs and racking servers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of smartphone configuration and support
