About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve IT tickets submitted by global users and provide Tier 1 support
- Monitor and process user requests via the IT ticketing system
- Answer inbound phone calls and document changes in the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, and software according to security requirements
- Maintain and develop work instructions for workstation support and installation
- Track software licenses and manage company system asset inventory
- Provide end-user training for applications, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3-year Degree or Diploma
- At least 2 years of experience in the IT field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows 7, Windows 10, and MS Office
- Knowledge of centralized antivirus systems and Windows Systems Update Services
- Experience with PC hardware and imaging software
- Ability to multitask and handle high-priority requests
- Physical ability to lift 40 lbs for moving PCs and racking servers
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of smartphone configuration and support
