About the role
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop hardware and software issues for new and existing employees
- Follow standard operating procedures and ticketing workflows to image and update computer systems
- Maintain equipment inventory, including processing RMAs and ordering new hardware
- Monitor, update, and escalate tickets within the defined ticketing system to ensure timely resolution
- Provide technical support for corporate network, wireless, and VPN access
- Deliver high-quality customer service by coordinating directly with end-users for equipment pickup and issue follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 8+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and software application installation
- Strong ability to resolve technical issues under pressure with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
