About the role

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop hardware and software issues for new and existing employees
  • Follow standard operating procedures and ticketing workflows to image and update computer systems
  • Maintain equipment inventory, including processing RMAs and ordering new hardware
  • Monitor, update, and escalate tickets within the defined ticketing system to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide technical support for corporate network, wireless, and VPN access
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by coordinating directly with end-users for equipment pickup and issue follow-up

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 8+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and software application installation
  • Strong ability to resolve technical issues under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
