About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems via in-person, phone, chat, and email support channels.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, user accounts, trading environments, operating systems, and mobility.
  • Fulfill IT hardware requests including delivery, setup, and low-level troubleshooting for on-site end users.
  • Provide hands-on data center support, including equipment installation, cabling, and inventory tracking.
  • Perform conference room maintenance sweeps and basic troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams or third-party vendors to ensure root cause resolution.
  • Act as an end-user advocate to provide excellent customer service to traders and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with local and remote team members on technical projects and support tasks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant technical support experience in a medium to large, complex enterprise environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
  • Strong understanding of networking and information security topics.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Intune, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP, and VPN.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and video conferencing tools such as WebEx, MS Teams, and Zoom.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with both technical and non-technical audiences.
