About the role

Responsibilities

  • Triage and own the incoming queue to resolve complex hardware, software, and SaaS integration issues.
  • Identify root causes and participate in the incident response process.
  • Create new hire equipment setups and troubleshoot new hire classes.
  • Write clear, action-oriented technical documentation for internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Install and support office audio and visual equipment.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to resolve critical issues outside of standard working hours.
  • Leverage Generative AI and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related technical experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to IT setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ certification.
  • Experience with systems thinking and technical knowledge synthesis.
