About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues onsite.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues involving Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot PC hardware, peripherals, printers, Zebra devices, and mobile phones.
  • Support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), AV setups, and virtual meeting technologies.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting for routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Maintain Active Directory user and device accounts.
  • Support SCCM processes, including OS deployment, imaging, and software installations.
  • Manage and track incidents using ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience (Help Desk, Desktop Support, or similar).
  • IT-related degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365/Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and SCCM/endpoint management tools.
  • Experience with hardware support for PCs and mobile devices.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar enterprise ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
