About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Meticulously document end user issues in ITSM tools
- Adhere to established processes and knowledge documents
- Manage ticket backlogs
- Drive continuous service improvement through knowledge script creation and training document updates
- Collaborate closely with onsite IT technicians
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Advanced MS Office knowledge is a plus
- Must provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
