About the role

Responsibilities

  • Meticulously document end user issues in ITSM tools
  • Adhere to established processes and knowledge documents
  • Manage ticket backlogs
  • Drive continuous service improvement through knowledge script creation and training document updates
  • Collaborate closely with onsite IT technicians

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge is a plus
  • Must provide a criminal record extract not older than three months
