Service Desk Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of IT engineers providing desktop support to corporate users
• Installation & Support of desktop infrastructure & software
• Provide technical support to corporate users
• Manage and Monitor Desktop Security
• Collaborate with the corporate IT team with respect to the roll-out of new IT services

Requirements

• Foundation in desktop hardware & MS Windows
• 1-2 years of experience with desktop/laptop hardware
• Experience with Windows Server Management and Virtualization an advantage
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
