About the role

Responsibilities

  • Triage, diagnose, and remediate technical issues for end users
  • Respond to requests for new equipment and endpoint applications
  • Research root causes and resolve problems with endpoint devices
  • Manage IT inventory by tracking and documenting equipment lifecycle
  • Manage vendor relationships for hardware and software procurement
  • Support users in a multiplatform environment
  • Assist with user management in Active Directory, Office365, Concur, and DialPad
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and acquire vendor quotes

Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations if required
