About the role
Responsibilities
- Triage, diagnose, and remediate technical issues for end users
- Respond to requests for new equipment and endpoint applications
- Research root causes and resolve problems with endpoint devices
- Manage IT inventory by tracking and documenting equipment lifecycle
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware and software procurement
- Support users in a multiplatform environment
- Assist with user management in Active Directory, Office365, Concur, and DialPad
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Prepare purchase requisitions and acquire vendor quotes
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer service and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Ability to travel to multiple locations if required
