About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely remote support from a 24/7 call center environment
  • Deliver technical support to patients, physicians, and hospital staff for hospital applications
  • Gather customer information and analyze symptoms to determine issues
  • Deliver service to end-users via remote connection or the Internet
  • Accurately process and record call transactions using designated tracking software
  • Document all case information and updates via the Healthy IT ticketing system
  • Follow proper escalation procedures as defined by management

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service support within a call center or technical troubleshooting environment
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Experience with mobile device support (iPhone, Android, Windows Mobile)
  • Experience supporting software applications and equipment from a helpdesk environment
  • Current valid State Drivers’ License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of a two-year community college, vocational, or technical school in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of medical or clinical terminology
