About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through active listening and empathetic communication
- Provide technical support for Windows, Mac, printers, BYOD phones, and digital signage
- Document user problems, resolution steps, and maintain the Knowledgebase
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for complex technical issues
- Manage user administration and access requests across platforms including Microsoft 365
- Collaborate with the team on troubleshooting and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
- Experience with M365, Okta, Slack, Outlook, or Zoom
- Basic understanding of Active Directory administrative tasks
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
- Ability to lift computer equipment up to 60 lbs
- Physical presence at the office is required
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA certifications (e.g., A+, Network+)
- College degree or related work experience
