Service Desk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Handle helpdesk ticket triage, queue management, and incident resolution
• Provide remote end-user technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals
• Support and guide end-users with O365 applications
• Maintain IT security and patch levels via SCCM, anti-virus, and web filtering
• Support mobile devices including iOS and Android
• Triage and resolve MFA related issues
• Troubleshoot hardware issues for infrastructure and client equipment
• Use monitoring tools to proactively identify issues with servers, backups, and network performance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a related role
• Knowledge of Autopilot, MDM, and device deployment solutions
• Proficiency with Office365 (Teams, ODFB, Power BI)
• Technical troubleshooting skills for endpoints and mobile devices
• Experience managing and troubleshooting Active Directory
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to write technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MTA, etc.)
• A+ certification or equivalent hardware knowledge
• ITIL certification
• Experience with ServiceNow or other cloud-based help desk systems
• Experience with remote troubleshooting tools like Zoho
• Basic knowledge of Azure
